Territory
We live on a small, uninhabited section of the island here. Called the Isle Idonna. It is named after the first she-wolf of the Venetian Clan, who was slain in birth to the land.
It is not unusual to want to visit the mainland or the city, where we sometimes venture to hunt if the harsh winters take our food.

The ruins are on the coast of the island, a brilliant place to find mice and other small mammals.
It is also used to train apprentices, the open frame of the building serving as a great boundary in mock battles.

The snow grounds, usually just a sandy hollow are where most of the training happens. A nice flat where you can build on your speed and stamina.
To the woods we go! Most of the prey, of all sizes, gather here. Consisting from a bull elk to the chick of a moorhen.
Over the ocean and through a canal in the river Piave. The view of the mountainous climate.
Fish can be caught here and swimming lessons carry through the water.

A tear through a gorge south from the hollow, splits from one cliff to drop off to the seas.

The Pool of Venus. The goddess herself was said to bless the waters of a poisoned spring and bring life back to the island. Nurses and Healers are expected to lap water from this spring every half-moon, to allow Venus to pass messages through their trance.
